Rolls Filing Systems prides itself on its ability to provide prompt and efficient service. Having our own 'on the road' delivery network for the Melbourne metropolitan area means that if it has to be there, we can do it. We also utilise other reputable freight and courier companies for local, interstate, country and overseas customers.

Rolls standard delivery charges are listed below.

NOTE: Consignments exceeding more than 5 standard cartons A4 size (310x215x230) or Cubic Weight 0.17m3 (L x W x D = A , A x 250=M3) will be quoted as per our nominated carriers rate schedule.
Any adjustments to rate charges as listed below will be communicated to you (the customer) prior to despatch.
Delivery Charges ex/GST (Fuel Surcharge) will be added.

Other handling/delivery policies & surcharges:

* As a result of rising fuel costs Rolls have been incurring a fuel surcharge from our freight suppliers. We are no longer able to absorb these costs and must regrettably pass these expenses onto our customers. The surcharge is currently 10%. The rate will be adjusted monthly in line with fluctuations based on the Australian Institute of Petroleums national diesel average www.aip.com.au and a generous base rate of $1.29 per litre.

* Mediclips (MR741 only) are FIS (Free into Store) anywhere in Australia. Unless the value of the order is less than $30 (ex gst).

* A surcharge of $3.50 + gst will be charged when a standard pack size is broken.

* Export goods will include appropriate customs & handling charges or as negotiated.

* Urgent and other types of delivery will be at customer's cost or as negotiated.

* Delivery charges are subject to change at the discretion of Rolls Filing Systems.

Claims:

* Returns for credit or for exchange cannot be considered unless the Melbourne office is notified within 7 days of the date of invoice. There will be an admin fee of $25.50 incl/gst plus freight charges for goods changed due to error in ordering.

 * Every effort will be made to advise of any changes to delivery charges with minimum delay.
