How to Order
At Rolls we'd like to think that we have made ordering easy.
There are of course the standard options where orders are taken over the phone or by fax at our Customer Service Centre. Ph: 03 8770 1111, Fax: 03 8770 1100
Account customers also have access to online ordering in our new Customer Zone ordering facility.
Customer Zone is a new online ordering and customer service system which allows customers to login to a personalized product group for convenient ordering at any time with no payment details required. Also view all your account information including complete order history, invoices, deliveries and more.
Our system allows you, the customer, to easily reorder past orders and the products you most want to see can be set up so that they are easily accessed in the ordering section.
Payment Options
Rolls accept payment via VISA, Mastercard and Bankcard. Direct Banking, Cheque, Money Order and other electronic forms of payment are also accepted.
Creating an Account
Establishing a credit account with Rolls gives you personalized access to the online ordering and faster processing of orders. To register for an account, simply fill out the online account application form or call Accounts toll free on 1800 337 705 (or in Melbourne call 8770 1112)
