Prompt Delivery
Rolls Filing Systems prides itself on its ability to provide prompt and efficient service. Having our own 'on the road' delivery network for the Melbourne metropolitan area means that if it has to be there, we can do it. We also utilise other reputable freight and courier companies for interstate, country and overseas customers.
Melbourne Metro Handling/delivery:
- Mediclips (only) are FIS (Free into Store) anywhere in Australia. A delivery fee of $6.30 incl GST applies within the Melbourne metropolitan area for deliveries exceeding $30.00.
- For orders totalling less than $30.00 (before tax) a delivery fee of $9.00 incl GST will apply.
- A surcharge of $3.85 will be charged when a standard pack size is broken.
- Delivery to country Victoria, NSW and other States at current low contract price/kg.
- Export goods will include appropriate customs & handling charges or as negotiated.
- Urgent and other types of delivery will be at customer's cost or as negotiated.
Claims:
- Returns for credit or for exchange cannot be considered unless the Melbourne or Sydney office is notified within 7 days of the date of invoice. There will be a $23.00 returns fee for goods changed due to error in ordering.
