Delivery Charges
- Mediclips (only) are FIS (Free into Store) anywhere in Australia. A delivery fee of $5.36 applies within the Melbourne metropolitan area for deliveries exceeding $30.00.
- For orders totalling less than $30.00 (before tax) a delivery fee of $8.19 + GST will apply.
- A surcharge of $3.85 will be charged when a standard pack size is broken.
- Delivery to country Victoria, NSW and other States at current low contract price/kg.
- Export goods will include appropriate customs & handling charges or as negotiated.
- Urgent and other types of delivery will be at customer's cost or as negotiated.
Claims:
- Returns for credit or for exchange cannot be considered unless the Melbourne or Sydney office is notified within 7 days of the date of invoice. There will be a $23.00 returns fee for goods changed due to error in ordering.
