Delivery Charges
NOTE: Consignments exceeding more than 5 standard cartons or 0.17m3 (L x W x D = A , A x 250=M3) will be quoted as per our nominated carriers rate schedule.
Any adjustments to rate charges as listed below will be communicated to you (the customer) prior to despatch.

- Mediclips (only) are FIS (Free into Store) anywhere in Australia.
- A surcharge of $3.85 will be charged when a standard pack size is broken.
- Export goods will include appropriate customs & handling charges or as negotiated.
- Urgent and other types of delivery will be at customer's cost or as negotiated.
Claims:
- Returns for credit or for exchange cannot be considered unless the Melbourne or Sydney office is notified within 7 days of the date of invoice. There will be a $25.50 returns fee for goods changed due to error in ordering.
